Features and Uses:

ZC-001 getter is a new type of non-evaporable getter developed by our company. Its significant feature is that its activation temperature and operating temperature are lower than 707, and it has excellent gettering performance at room temperature and does not sinter at high temperatures.
This getter can be made into sheet, strip, disc and other products according to customer's requirements. Due to its low activation temperature and good hydrogen absorption effect, it is widely used in stainless steel vacuum thermos flasks (cups), vacuum petroleum insulation pipes, and has significant effects compared to other products. ZC-001 getter can also be used in vacuum tube solar water heaters, vacuum switches, various vacuum devices, electronic tubes, gas purification and other fields.
Precautions:
The vacuum-packed getter must be stored in a dry and clean environment with a relative humidity of less than 75%, a temperature of less than 35℃, and no harmful corrosive gases. After opening the product, it should be used promptly and generally should not be exposed to the atmosphere for more than 24 hours. Otherwise, it must be stored in vacuum or in a dryer. The warranty period for vacuum storage is one year from the date of production.
