This getter can be made into sheet, strip, disc and other products according to customer's requirements. Due to its low activation temperature and good hydrogen absorption effect, it is widely used in stainless steel vacuum thermos flasks (cups), vacuum petroleum insulation pipes, and has significant effects compared to other products. ZC-001 getter can also be used in vacuum tube solar water heaters, vacuum switches, various vacuum devices, electronic tubes, gas purification and other fields.

Zirconium-vanadium-iron-titanium getter

ZC-002 getter is a new type of non-evaporable getter developed by our company based on ZC-001 getter. It is composed of a multi-element alloy of zirconium, vanadium, iron, and titanium. It is characterized by low cost and good low-temperature activation performance compared to 707 and other similar products. This product is particularly suitable for use in stainless steel vacuum thermos flasks (cups), vacuum glass, oilfield vacuum insulation pipes, and other products. It is also suitable for vacuum switches, industrial Dewars, and other products. This product can be made into sheets and strips according to customer requirements, and can also be pressed onto stainless steel metal carriers to make disc-shaped getters.

Zirconium-aluminum getter

Zirconium-aluminum getter is made by compressing zirconium-aluminum getter alloy powder into metal containers or coating it on metal strips. This type of getter can be used together with evaporative getter to enhance the gettering effect, and can also play a unique role in devices where evaporative getter is not allowed. This product comes in three forms: ring, strip, and disc. The strip getter uses advanced lining technology, and its gettering performance is significantly better than directly compressed products. This type of getter can be widely used in vacuum electronic devices and electric light sources such as metal halide lamps.
