The use of mercury-releasing getter can also eliminate the mercury pollution associated with traditional liquid mercury injection methods. The company's mercury-releasing getter has two major series: tubular series and ribbon series. The tubular series features small size and good strength, and is mainly used in backlight sources. The ribbon series can be cut to the required length according to the amount of mercury needed, and is mainly used in various fluorescent lamps. In addition to being supplied in bundles, the ribbon series can also be provided in round rings according to customer requirements.

This product begins to release mercury at around 500°C in a vacuum, so the device should avoid excessive baking temperatures during the baking and exhaust process to prevent mercury loss.
Encapsulated getter must be stored in a dry and clean environment with a relative humidity of less than 75% and a temperature of less than 35℃, free from harmful corrosive gases. After opening, the product should be used promptly and generally should not be exposed to the atmosphere for more than 24 hours, otherwise it must be stored in vacuum or a desiccator.
