Zirconium-aluminum getter is made by pressing zirconium-aluminum getter alloy powder into metal containers or coating it on metal strips. This type of getter can be used together with evaporative getter to enhance the gettering effect, and can also play a unique role in devices where evaporative getter is not allowed. This product comes in three forms: ring, strip, and disc. The strip getter uses advanced lining technology, and its gettering performance is significantly better than directly pressed products. This type of getter can be widely used in vacuum electronic devices and electric light sources such as metal halide lamps.

Notes:

When zirconium-aluminum getter is used in the nitrogen-flushing interlayer of metal halide lamps to absorb harmful gases, it cannot be heated and activated, and the operating temperature of the getter must be maintained at 400±50℃. This ensures that the product can absorb impurity gases without continuously absorbing nitrogen gas.
The vacuum-packed getter must be stored in a dry and clean environment with a relative humidity of less than 75%, a temperature of less than 35℃, and no harmful corrosive gases. After opening the product, it should be used promptly and generally should not be exposed to the atmosphere for more than 24 hours. Otherwise, it must be stored in vacuum or in a dryer. The warranty period for vacuum storage is one year from the date of production.
