ZC-002 getter is a new type of non-evaporative getter developed by our company based on ZC-001 getter. It is composed of a multi-element alloy of zirconium, vanadium, iron, and titanium. Its characteristics include low cost and good low-temperature activation performance compared to 707 and other similar products. This product is particularly suitable for use in stainless steel vacuum thermos flasks (cups), vacuum glass, oilfield vacuum insulation pipes, and other products. It is also suitable for vacuum switches, industrial Dewars, and other products. This product can be made into sheets and strips according to customer requirements, and can also be pressed onto stainless steel metal carriers to make disc-shaped getters.
Notes:
The vacuum-packed getter must be stored in a dry and clean environment with a relative humidity of less than 75%, a temperature of less than 35℃, and no harmful corrosive gases. After opening the product, it should be used promptly and generally should not be exposed to the atmosphere for more than 24 hours. Otherwise, it must be stored in vacuum or in a dryer. The warranty period for vacuum storage is one year from the date of production.
